This end-of-block corner site was built in 1833 and licensed five years later as a beer house. Now a family-owned gastropub, it is housed in two adjacent buildings giving a split level interior, the lower having a piano for Sunday evening singalongs & other events. Extensive outside seating and families welcome. The wide food menu includes pizzas, Sunday roasts, and weekend brunches.
