Popular micropub, in what used to be Gallagher's bookmakers shop. The five changing beers always include a blonde, a pale, a bitter, a dark beer and a strong or speciality beer. Appletreewick cider and 3 to 4 changing ciders are also available. The cellar can be viewed through a window to the left of the bar. No electronic music or TV. Parking is available adjacent to the Co-op store round the corner. Gallagher's supports a number of groups and causes in the local area.
