Good, home cooked, lunches using local produce. Bar snacks made on the premises are always available. Each month the 2nd Tuesday is steak night and lunch is served on the last Sunday.

Close to the historic Bosworth Battlefield, the pub supports a number of clubs and societies and is popular with walkers, cyclists and boaters from the nearby Ashby Canal.
