Historic stone-faced country pub dating back to 1824, and still welcoming locals, walkers and tourists alike. The pub was taken under new independent ownership on May 18, 2024. It's located in a wooded valley amongst lovely walking countryside. It has a long lounge bar and restaurant at the front with an additional extended raised seating area, in what was the old stables. There is also a smaller rear snug bar. All are comfortably furnished and are decorated with lots of interesting pictures of local Gower historic and countryside scenes. There is a large beer garden, which is reasonably quiet despite being alongside a busy road.
Important! - They have a large Pay & Display Car Park, controlled by a third party, which is free to Pub/Restaurant users. But do read the signs and enter your registration number into the car park machine in the front foyer on arrival!
