Welcoming one room beer-focused pub converted from a vacant shop, the West Midlands first micropub was opened in 2013 by Morton brewery. A simple formula is followed with no distractions, just good ale and conversation. A log burner was added in autumn 2023 further enhancing the welcoming atmosphere.
Six handpulls serve Morton and Newbridge beers plus ever-changing guest beers usually from local microbreweries. Also available from the cellar are three or more ciders or perries. A broad selection of snacks including locally-sourced pies, cheese, sausage rolls and Scotch eggs are served along with fine wines.
The pub is usually open 12 to 5 (or longer) on bank holidays - check website/Facebook for details, staff holiday closures and events
