Sheltering beneath the concrete flyover carrying the A629, this Edwardian pub was rebuilt in 1904, as the fine tiled plaque on the outside attests. A public footpath goes up the steps to the right. The interior consists of a chevron-shaped room, with a raised stage area to the right. Seating is arranged around wooden cask tables.
