This 17th-century building is thought to have originally been a weaver's cottage. A pub since the 19th century, now the only one in the village, it retains many original features including old timbers, open fires and beamed ceiling - a convenient place to hang the collection of beer mugs.
Homemade soup and ham salad / cheese salad cobs are available until 6. Homemade pizzas are served all day. No food on Mondays.
Quiz night every Tuesday at 8 o'clock.
This Pub serves 4 changing beers and 1 regular beer.
