Characterful pub, usually known as the King Bill. The L-shaped lounge comprises an old front section and up a step a newer extension. The front section has exposed timbers a brick-built open fire at one end and a wood burner at the other end. A narrow doorway beside the main fireplace leads to the former games room which now contains more seating. Four regular ales from St Austell, Sharps, Fullers and Buntingford with a changing guest. Food not currently served but regular food trucks 5-8 most Wednesday, Friday and Saturday.
The pub coordinates direct deliveries of 5 and 10 litre takeaways of Buntingford beers locally.

Grade II listed, originally built in the 17th century with more recent additions.
