Reasons for local listing:- Architectural: Mid 19th century building in a prominent location next to the Grand Union Canal. Two storeys, in brick, now painted. Shallow hipped slate roof, some sash windows to upper floors, blind window facing Western View. Corner entrance through panelled door. Two large multi paned windows fronting Station Road.
