A country community local on the main road between Ormskirk and Skelmersdale. With its warm atmosphere it is well worth the walk or the bus journey from the real ale desert of Skelmersdale. The fresh cooked food and real ale are good value for money. The Prince Albert always has some interesting guest ales from north west breweries. The small central bar serves three distinct areas with real fires in the winter. The 310 375 and 385 buses all stop outside and the pub also has a good selection of pub games such as darts and dominoes.
