A TARDIS-like corner pub right outside Chelmsford station, more visible now due to nearby development. Unsurprisingly, a railway theme dominates. This is a long narrow pub with banks of hand pumps at opposite ends of the central bar counter. There is even a small enclosed garden where you can listen to the station announcements and marvel at the ever-changing mural. May stay open later on summer Sundays. This traditional pub also sells craft beers and over 60 different gins. CME branch POTY 2018.
