Originally a small corner pub, now refurbished and substantially enlarged using new flint walls and much wood panelling to create a number of alcoves. Nowhere near the railway, the pub was named in anticipation of a railway which was never built!
The friendly pub has a large car park and pleasant outside seating area, and live music on a Sunday afternoon at least once a month.
Breakfast is served 9-11 on Saturdays
This Pub serves 1 changing beer and 1 regular beer.

The Champion Beer of Britain is one of the most prestigious beer competitions in the world. It is the ultimate honour for UK brewers and has helped put many into the national spotlight.
Judging for the competition takes around a year, starting with individual nominations from CAMRA members and tasting panel nominations, leading to a series of rigorous regional heats adhering to a strict blind tasting policy.
