Micropub
A well established and popular micropub on two floors. Downstairs is a well laid-out single room, warmed by a stove during the winter months, providing a relaxing environment to sit and drink. There are eight regularly changing beers dispensed by handpump, and behind the bar the temperature controlled cool room can be seen. Real cider is sometimes available. There is additional seating in the room on the first floor, and there is also a pleasant courtyard drinking area. Formerly a butchers shop; old framed photographs illustrate the pub's previous life. Bar snacks are available at all times. Note that the pub operates a strictly over 18s policy.
