Comfy 'locals' pub that attracts customers of all ages. A tastefully decorated lounge bar and a fairly utilitarian public bar. Close to the railway station and opposite St Nicholas's Church. Beer garden and large function room. Noisy juke box in lounge. No food on Sundays. Beers from Marston's portfolio. An ale club on Mon eve with reduced prices.
