Themed in French farmhouse bistro style with the emphasis on dining, it nonetheless serves two cask ales from Cheshire. Typically these are Dunham Massey Deer Beer and Weetwood Buck Bitter, although this has been flexible in these pandemic times. Occasional hand pumped cider. Lovely terraced garden to the rear where you may hear exotic calls from the nearby former bird sanctuary. Retains the "Pubhub shop" selling local produce. The car park may also be used if visiting the sister Bull's Head over the lane.
