The best pub for Real Ale in the immediate area; with extensive Port Solent Marina Free parking and an adjacent Cinema and shops. Historic Interest
Named after local nursery owner and fruit merchant Alec Rose who sailed round the world single-handed in 1967-68. "Lively Lady", the yacht in which he achieved this feat, is situated nearby.
