A small historic pub which offers a warm welcome. A real fire in winter creates a cosy atmosphere adding to the Squirrel's genuine charm. Live music is a big part of the pub's culture, featuring an open mic on Wednesday evenings and bands of varied genres appear most Saturday evenings. Local and independent brewers are featured alongside brands from the Marston's stable. Occasionally the pub may open later midweek - check before travelling. Beers from Dow Bridge and Pitchfork are regularly available. National CAMRA Golden Award winner.
