This roadside pub, formerly the Testwood Hotel, has a conservatory along its front, before which is an entrance porch surmounted by a huge wooden gable; dormers cower behind. The large, single bar caters for both drinkers and diners, and serves home-cooked pub fare from midday to 9pm every day. The large, grassed garden has picnic benches, and a climbing frame for younger visitors. Poker is played on Tuesday nights. The Test Way passes nearby on its route across the marshes.
