This building, near the eastern edge of the National Park, is part of Dibden Golf Centre, and therefore opens early to provide breakfasts for players. It was built in the early 1970s, has a large bar and dining area, a comfortable lounge, and a function room which may be hired for the celebration of weddings, anniversaries, and other rites of passage. The patio has panoramic views over Southampton Water. Nearby is Dibden church, which was bombed in 1940 and reopened in 1955 following restoration. While it is the golf club house, non-members are free to use the bar and dining facilities.
