Situated on the London Road Church Brow roundabout, this former Boddington's pub is a true community local. It retains the original multi-room layout with a bar area and lounge at the front, a games room with pool table and dartboard and a small lounge behind the bar. Be warned that the corridor leading to the rear rooms slopes steeply downwards. There is a small seating area on the paving at the front of the building.
This cosy pub serves up to three cask ales usually from local micros and can get very busy at times, especially on Sundays.
