Rural stone-built pub next to Groeswen Chapel with commanding views over Caerphilly. Usually four changing beers (including one dark) are available. Three Williams Brothers ciders are available in bottle. Popular with walkers and cyclists using the nearby Rhymney Valley Ridgeway Walk. Road access is easiest via Nantgarw or Hendredenny.
