Large, modern open plan pub at the traffic lights on the A49, refurbished in 2014. The Woodsman is split level with the lower part dedicated as restaurant. The upper level serves more as a bar although meals are served here too. Up to three cask ales are available although not all may be in use midweek. Doombar is the regular beer with others selected from the extensive Punch list.

Thursday is Quiz Night.
