Description

Established 1991 by Nick Stafford in a barn at the bottom of his in-laws’ garden. Now it's run by Nick’s daughter Rachel and son-in-law Ben. Since 2007 it's operated from purpose-built premises near Ripon (100 barrels a week capacity). A core range of eight beers, plus cask ale is contract brewed for Village Brewer, Black Dog and Wharfe Beer Yorkshire. A bottling line handles brands for others. A canning line was added 2022 (unfiltered beers sold locally and via website).
