This large 17th century Cotswold country inn stands on the B4022 a mile north of Hailey. A comfortable interior includes many period features, such as wooden beams and a large inglenook fireplace.
At the bar, there are 2 hand pumps, usuall Sharps Doom Bar and Fullers London Pride. You can also try your hand at the 'lemon game'.
A popular destination for diners, all food is freshly cooked and locally sourced, from as nearby as the pub's own vegetable garden.
Accommodation is available, with 16 en-suite rooms. Function rooms can be booked for meetings, conferences etc.
