Billed as the "last Inn in England" on the main road between Gloucester and Monmouth, the pub is in the centre of the small village of Staunton close to the Welsh Border. Four handpumps but usually just two in use. There is a welcoming wood burning stove in the bar with a further wood burner projected for the dining room in the near future. The food is home cooked from fresh, locally sourced ingredients where possible. Closed all day Monday
