A deceptively extensive pub which was given a makeover in January 2018. Rustic décor with railway and other memorabilia. Very much a food pub with a variety of seating and eating areas (on different levels), including comfy armchairs and a wood burner in the bar area. The main entrance is to the side (for access from the car park), whilst pedestrians using the front entrance will find themselves walking through the dining area. Outside there is seating on a patio plus small grass area to the side and another small patio at the rear.
Card payment only, cash not taken.
This Pub serves 2 changing beers and 1 regular beer.
Railway Inn, Botley
Changing beers typically include: Greene King (varies) , Twickenham (varies)

The Champion Beer of Britain is one of the most prestigious beer competitions in the world. It is the ultimate honour for UK brewers and has helped put many into the national spotlight.
Judging for the competition takes around a year, starting with individual nominations from CAMRA members and tasting panel nominations, leading to a series of rigorous regional heats adhering to a strict blind tasting policy.
