The Cromwell Arms became a Fuller's pub in 2015, and had a thorough refurbishment as a result - reopening at the end of April 2017. It's a gastro-pub with a focus on high quality food; but drinkers are very welcome in the long single bar. Outside there is plenty of space, comfortably furnished, with pleasant views of the hill west of Romsey. A modern luxurious single-story accommodation block (built in 2012) adjoins the rear of the pub.
