Set in the heart of rural south Shropshire, this local CAMRA award winning pub is well worth visiting. Local beers are available including Hobsons, Ludlow and Wye Valley breweries. A traditional bar with log fire leads up to one of two dining rooms where locally sourced food is served.

Judging for the competition takes around a year, starting with individual nominations from CAMRA members and tasting panel nominations, leading to a series of rigorous regional heats adhering to a strict blind tasting policy.
