The bar is on the ground floor of a handsome listed Victorian building, with the Southbourne Ales brewery to the rear viewable through a glazed partition. A function room and small cinema are in the basement. Seven handpumps offer a selection from the eight different Southbourne beers that are regularly brewed, together with other beers brewed under the Tingay brand. Brewery tours take place several times a week. There is also regular live music.
