Formerly the Sir Norman Rae which was closed down on 24 Mar 2024. This pub changed hands to the Mountain Pub Company, was refurbished and then re-opened as the Pride of Shipley around 24 May 2024. It's current appearance is very similar to that previously. The pub comprises a single, large, open-plan room with the bar to one side. The regular real ales are sourced from large national breweries. There are plans to provide food from July 2024. There are multiple TV screens for showing sports. The pub is conveniently located next to Shipley bus interchange and close to the railway station. Opening times were valid when surveyed at the start of June 2024 although the pub may close earlier if it is quiet.
