Located on the former Cellar Trust shop close to the Market Square and bus interchange, this pub was opened in March 2022. It comprises an open-plan ground floor room containing the bar, with further seating in an upstairs room. It has a modern, clean feel. The bar has four hand-pulls serving a varying range and styles of real ale usually from regional brewers. A variety of craft beers, lagers and a cider are also offered from the eight keg taps. Gluten-free beers are offered including at least one of the real ales. Real ciders are available and there is an extensive wine selection. The upstairs room has potential for small functions and meetings. A general knowledge quiz, run in a bingo style to be fair to all, takes place on a Thursday evening. There is often live music late afternoon / early evenings on a Sunday. Deli-style food is available Friday to Sunday (except during the colder, winter months when it may not be available).
