Clever design options make this totally renovated pub (it's not often that both buildings get re-roofed!) feel welcoming and modern. The expanse of wooden surfaces provides a welcoming feel, a small fireplace adding warmth. Six hand-pumps greet the eye; offerings include Severn Cider and an ale from Moor - chosen to match the vegan option on their ever varying menu, whose 'one pot' option is popular. Upstairs dining options and six letting rooms are available, with acoustic music Sunday evenings. Deserved winner of the local CAMRA Pub of the Year for 2015.
