Traditional and well-decorated pub overlooking the River Wensum with a veranda, riverside terrace with views of the ancient Fye Bridge at the rear, and pavement tables at the front.
A welcoming row of nine handpumps dispenses an excellent selection of ales from modern micros, UK keykeg beers and cider from Weston's. The pub is popular with visitors and the kitchen offers a great selection of meals made with locally sourced ingredients.
The atmosphere is relaxed and friendly, with a room downstairs as well as a big screen that regularly shows major sporting events. Just the place to watch the boats go by.
