Very popular multi-room pub close to the borders of Shropshire, Worcestershire and Herefordshire. One centrally located bar serves a front bar, dining rooms and a pool room. There is a large astro-turf area at the front which is covered for drinking, events and live music.
A warm friendly local feel when you walk through the door and is packed with character. Although the pub is on the main road it has views across the meadows and over the river Teme and Tenbury itself.

Judging for the competition takes around a year, starting with individual nominations from CAMRA members and tasting panel nominations, leading to a series of rigorous regional heats adhering to a strict blind tasting policy.
