Independent large, late Victorian pub near the river bridge with a bar, lounge and a dining room. Table benches are set out on the terrace alongside the river Teme. There is a single handpull in the bar serving local ales that change every few months. Pub meal, burgers, pizzas, salads and all-day breakfasts are available lunchtimes and evenings. It has seven modern en-suite rooms and parties can be catered for in the dining room. The Beatles famously played here in 1963 and this is reflected in the wall artworks.
