A true community pub, built in 1873. It nestles on the end of a row of terraced cottages and is frequented by the local community. Trips out to the races, Sunday meat raffle, Darts & Domino teams and lots of chat about Sports in general. The landlord is renowned for good cellarmanship and keeps his ales in fine condition and also at reasonable prices. Large garden at the rear of the pub.
